The final workshop to end the Summer Camp will be a sharing our star love stories for pure uplift, inspiration, touching hearts, accessing wisdom and truth. You will not only share and be inspired but you will learn how to bring out the best in another person by drawing their star stories out of them with key questions that guide them into their light. Elvis Look-Alike Look-Alike Gets a Star Transformation

Emerging from a romance that he hoped would have been lasting my client John, was feeling low, lacking in confidence, with stress pains in his body and was trying to move on.

I asked what his aims might be from the session. He said ‘to feel like I am enough and to feel abundance instead of lacking somehow.’

Can you connect with a memory where you did feel that enough, even if it was once?

Where and when was this? Can you tell me the story.

John started to smile.

“I went to the Elvis Tribute Show in Basingstoke with my family. While standing in the bar, holding my glass of coke in the break a woman came up to me and started talking to me and about the show as if I were the Elvis look alike in the show.

“I was taken by surprise, amused and flattered as the real Elvis look-alike on stage was a good looking guy. I smiled and corrected her, saying No, I’m not in the show, but my name is John.”

That moment however was a star moment.

Discover Your Inner Star Power: Building Strength and Confidence in Challenging Circumstances

I had the honour to work with someone last week who has an extremely challenging set of circumstances to manage.

The Client’s Situation

Osteoporosis, compressed cervical vertebra, extreme pain, mobility issues due to a fall which affected her ankle too. This person needed to sleep with icepacks for the severe pain on her neck and have daily massages to help the pain and is facing the prospect of surgery to the neck and guaranteed further pain until she heals after that, if she heals. She is facing and funding all of this alone. Its not an easy path at all.

Booking some sessions with me I asked myself how can I help her? The damage is physical. Yes, I can help a bit with relaxation and pain relief with EMO and healing energy but what else can I do?

So we decided on the Star Matrix approach, to look at some of her star memories.

Connecting with Star Memories

Having had a successful business in the past in design and production of office furnishings I asked her to recall one of her most shining moments. There were many. In fact she had a really successful business for many years with countless star moments.

She recalled one particular moment. There was a time when because of her past great work she earned a really big contract and she remembered standing there in the office suite looking at her beautiful finished work, feeling, Yes, I did that, and receiving the appreciation from her customer.

Not only this, but it was in a backdrop of difficult personal life that she had this achievement.

What Do Our Star Moments Reveal?

We examined this moment and its significance, what it meant about her and her qualities and how that made her feel to realise that about herself.
