I have been reflecting on this latest Star Matrix journey and what has made it so special and meaningful.
I think I have spent less time on the theory in the book this time, and more time on the essence of the themes in each step, allowing more spontaneity and natural flow in our sessions. As a result, at least from my side, every session has had beautiful, magical moments.
Several times I arrived at the course bruised from life, wondering, Will I be able to lead tonight? Will I be able to pull this class off?
And then we would begin.
Our energy handshake would create that beautiful connection between us all, each personal connection a little star in itself. Then came the sharing of personal star stories, discoveries, laughter, insights and sometimes those wonderful moments when something seemingly small suddenly revealed a much deeper meaning.
Every time, I left uplifted, my heart enriched and thankful again.
And perhaps that is one of the quiet gifts of Star Matrix.
Life naturally gives us difficulties, disappointments and painful experiences, and they can become very large in our awareness. Star Matrix invites us to deliberately explore something else that is also true: the moments of love, courage, connection, achievement, kindness, beauty, inspiration, synchronicity and joy that have been there throughout our lives.
When we begin collecting those stars, something happens.
We don’t just remember good experiences. We begin to discover ourselves through them.
Our own memories start showing us evidence of who we are, what matters to us, what lights us up, what we have overcome, what we have given and received and what has made our particular life meaningful.
The stars were always there. We simply hadn’t necessarily joined them together before.
Star Matrix is a beautiful, easy state changer and such a wonderful experience to explore and share with a receptive community.
As this particular journey has been so heart-touching, I want to say a special thank you to everyone who has been part of it. Twelve weekly sessions give a lovely community time to grow and that in itself becomes something valuable, a little source of support in our lives.
I have now taught Star Matrix Master around twelve times. What amazes me is that every journey is different and every one has been meaningful and valuable in its own way. There is always another star to discover, another story whose significance we hadn’t quite seen before, another aspect of ourselves waiting to be recognised.
It is such a useful life skill and self-help practice to carry with us.

Discover Your Own Star Matrix
The next Star Matrix journey begins on 14 October at 6pm UK time.
We welcome new travellers who would like to discover their own Star Matrix for the first time, uncovering the treasures of their lives through their positive star memories and experiencing the joy of sharing those discoveries with a receptive group.
And we warmly welcome past travellers back.
Because you never really take the same Star Matrix journey twice.
You arrive as the person you are today, with more life behind you and different things calling for your attention. You notice stars you missed before. Old memories reveal new meaning. New stars have appeared. And gradually, through your own lived experiences, a richer picture of your true self begins to emerge.
Perhaps there are stars in your life whose significance you haven’t discovered yet.
Perhaps it’s time to find them.
