Over recent days I have been quietly bringing together a collection of poems and prayers that have arisen across different moments of my inner journey.
These pieces, now set to music, form The Sanctuary of the Heart, a 12-track listening experience created as a gentle space for healing, reflection and renewal.
Each track reflects a different stage of the heart’s healing journey.
From moments of tenderness and woundedness, through allowing and deep emotional healing… into compassion, awareness, surrender… and finally into a quiet sense of peace and reconnection with the deeper self.
It was not originally planned as an “album”, but as the pieces came together, a natural sequence revealed itself. It’s almost like a small inner retreat that can be entered at any time.
