Remind Someone of Who They Are

Yesterday I was at a low ebb with difficult life going on around me. I shared what was happening with a friend, about my loved ones in their cancer journeys.

Whilst he sympathised with me he went a lot further than that. He reminded me of who I am, my qualities, my past deeds, achievements, what I’ve come through.

It was a Star Moment. This helped me move through this back into my shining self. We have the power to do this for each other.

What My Rage Taught Me

What my rage taught me and why I’m thankful for it.

I’ve been meaning to write this experience for a while and finally have a moment.

It feels appropriate when there is so much violence and conflict in the world. Its hard to understand how some humans can commit such acts of violence on others. Somehow in doing this they must be disconnected from their humanity.

It leads me to reflect on an experience of my own.
