New Book: Healing Your Heart Poems Songs and Prayers

I’m very happy to announce that my new book Healing Your Heart Poems Songs and Prayers is scheduled for release on Amazon stores on 11 August 2019

This is a collection of writings that have emerged from my own personal experience to heal my own heart through a journey love and adversity spanning several years. I have had many heart break moments in this time, plunged into depression many a time but being an Energist and knowing how to heal my heart I have done just that, again and again, to rise once more and return to wholeness and love and grow my heart power stronger with each step.

I hope that the poems songs and prayers that have helped me in my journey will enrich the reader also and provide pointers, inspiration and real movements in the heart towards love.

Loving Doing Facebook Live Feeds

Live Feeds on Facebook – Join for live sessions of Healing Pain with Love

To celebrate the launch of this my new website I have started doing facebook live feeds. It was such a step up and out for me and now I love it!

Seeing people jumping on the calls, old acquaintances and new, and doing group healings and everyone typing their great results, its amazing. I just love it!

Foot pain… -8 to +3, Stomach sickness -5 to +4, Neck pain -5 to +6, Sadness -8 to +10 all iin the space of 20 minutes with lots of pauses as new people join in.

The Quiet King

The Quiet King

You might miss him in his quietness, not seeking power or fame 
Self assured, contained within, humble is his name
But if you take a moment to consider him you'll find
A heart so great, a soul so deep, a clear and focused mind

And as you watch him move with grace you may begin to see
A spirit carried well within that lives with dignity
And should you look into his eyes the depths you will not fathom
As he has walked a path the likes that no-one could imagine

Not a journey for the weak, lives are lost along this way
A journey only heroes walk with strength of those that pray
And when you ask about his past with silent gaze afar
He measures what your heart can bear then smiles, Alhamdullah

This is a man the rarest kind, of him history will sing
And to the poetess he loves, he is The Quiet King
