
When someone you love is ill the journey can be tough, really tough emotionally, for them and for you. It can feel like you are in dark times.
But people can be so kind. People offer support and help. A warm hug, an invitation to dinner, a caring phone call, covering the costs of a medical treatment, an energy work session, really asking with care about the details.
These moments, these acts of kindness and love are the Light flowing into the places of darkness.
It can be easy to dwell on the darkness, the problems, how hard life is. We can spend a long time in an energy slump, not being able to face normal tasks, losing productivity, thinking woe is me. I know these slumps well from personal experience.
And yet, those moments of Light, some call them glimmers, some call them stars, are there too just like a night sky is filled with stars.
