I’m quietly sharing a new collection of songs and sound pieces created as a listening space for the heart.
These tracks were not written to entertain or perform, but to accompany moments of inner softening, times when words are not needed and the nervous system needs to rest, relax or gently open.
The album is offered as a single listening sanctuary. You’re welcome to arrive wherever you feel drawn. Although there is an emotional journey through the album there is no need to listen in order or to listen to everything.
If one track in particular touches you, stays with you, or supports something shifting within, you’re welcome to share that reflection with me. There’s no expectation to analyse or review … the primary invitation is simply to receive.
