One of the most moving parts of teaching is witnessing a student light up and transform before your eyes through the energy work they’re doing in the class.
Last night we were all tingling with excitement at the transformations taking place.
After this particular StarLine Therapy class, I received a beautiful testimonial from Kathy Poodiack that really touched me.
She spoke about how StarLine Therapy took the foundations of Star Matrix and opened something much wider… applying it for real in life… and radically changing the way we perceive ourselves and our lives.
In last night’s class — chapter 8 of 12 on our StarLine Therapy journey — we were discovering star moments within trauma memories…. an intriguing new approach ….
Kathy experienced how a single “star moment” within a traumatic memory didn’t just transform that experience… but shifted the way all related memories were held… personally… and ancestrally.
This is exactly why I love this work.
It wasn’t about erasing the past… but changing how we think and feel about the past, how it lives within us. And from there, how a new future begins to open.
It was also beautiful watching Kathy and others in the group discover new personal strengths and inner powers… qualities revealed as these moments of power were allowed to be fully lived, expanded and embodied… revealing the shining truth within.
It made me want to dive into more of my own painful memories… not to heal them… but to find the moments of power in them, to have my own experience of expanding them, feeling how they illuminate and change the memory, to discover and embody more of my own personal qualities.
Such is the amazing space that StarLine Therapy journey creates for exploration and self discovery. Time to focus not on the scar moments but on the star moments of our lives and what that reveals.
