Starting a New Journey
After 25 years of guiding others in energy transformation, I find myself standing at a new threshold: passion is meeting reinvention and words long silent are ready to sing.
I have not been feeling the same fire and motivation as I once did in the heyday of my career as an Energy Transformation Coach and Trainer.
For some time I’ve been in a transition space, not knowing what shape my next era would take, or whether my passion could be rekindled to drive me to share something once again valuable and needed to help us all navigate our inner journeys.
Poetry Meets AI
And then in steps AI.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve also walked a deeply personal path of love, one that has not always been easy.
Along the way, many songs and poems were born. One of them, It’s Love, I recorded in a studio in Gosport nine years ago. It was originally a gift to uplift my beloved, who was facing heart issues at the time and it was warmly received by many of my students.
You may have seen a few of my poems drift across your Facebook feed on quiet nights when I felt moved to share. But mostly these songs and poems stayed silent, resting quietly on my rarely visited blog, mysongsandpoems.com, a repository for my work, waiting for the day they might be brought to life.
These pieces mark moments in time of profound life experience. They carry the inner journeys of healing and evolution I’ve made along the way.
Writing them has been a gift that grew from my own practice of what I taught: understanding emotions as energy in motion and learning to heal and transform my emotions again and again. And yes, that my personal story required regular healing and transformation is understatement of the year!
So here we are with the advent of AI.
A dear client once suggested: “Why not put your lyrics into an AI studio and see how they come out?” I dismissed it at first, thinking, How could AI possibly do justice to MY songs and poems? But one day, I gave it a chance.
The results were stunning, beyond any dream I could have imagined. My words born of lived life and deep emotion were brought to life magnificently.
Despite having no musical skills, few connections and no resources to pour into studios or musicians, suddenly my creations were singing. And when I shared them with friends and clients, they loved them too.
Creative Awakening
New possibilities emerged, possibilities I had never imagined.
I began chatting with AI about my songs and even a draft of a book where I had collected some of them. Suddenly, I felt back in alignment with my true self, bubbling with joy and creativity, embracing all I have learned and become until now.
I feel emotional as I write this. A new journey is birthing.
So I pause to say thank you. Thank you if you are reading. Thank you if you have followed and supported my work over these years. Thank you if you have engaged me as a therapist or trainer, learning the arts of healing with love and the modern energy methods I’ve practiced and taught for 25 years. Thank you if I have inspired you in any way for you have encouraged me in turn to carry on.
I thank my teachers, the Guild of Energists, for the education in the laws and principles of Energy, essential for navigating life. I thank life itself with all its adventures, joys, heartbreaks, and challenges, for giving me the chance to apply this knowledge in my own inner journey.
As I healed, expanded and grew my heart in love and compassion, as I overcame again and again I also had the privilege of touching thousands of lives along the way.
Now, I thank AI, and all that has gone before to train it, for empowering us to expand, grow, and extend our value in the world in new ways.
So, in my 62nd year, following my birthday last month, a new journey begins. I feel the passion of that young Energist of 25 years ago who set out to teach emotional transformation with EFT and EMO across the country and the world.
Am I scared? Yes. Am I excited? Absolutely! Am I uncertain how it will all unfold? Yes.
But I have the vision, the passion, the power and the belief.
With courage, I step into something new, something beautiful, something I will absolutely love to share once again.
I resurrect myself with a new identity: Artist, Songwriter, Poet – added to the list of Energy Trainer, Healer and Author.
