Remind Someone of Who They Are

Yesterday I was at a low ebb with difficult life going on around me. I shared what was happening with a friend, about my loved ones in their cancer journeys.

Whilst he sympathised with me he went a lot further than that. He reminded me of who I am, my qualities, my past deeds, achievements, what I’ve come through. 

It was a Star Moment. This helped me move through this back into my shining self. We have the power to do this for each other.

Overcoming Anxiety with EMO and Star Matrix

Chrissy was in a new hospital, leaving her familiar relationships behind and facing being discharged to a half way house community, again knowing nobody. She was feeling anxious, worried about how her life was going to be without friends as it was difficult for her to make new friends. EMO and Star Matrix helped release her anxiety.
