The Retreat Programme
The healing and rejuvenation retreat lead by Sandra and supported by experienced local therapists is designed to support restoration of mind body and soul and includes
- 5 days cleansing menu of raw vegan meals with 3 days of juicing
- 5 days of morning yoga and evening meditations
- 5 days of energy healing classes to release internal blockages, create emotional transformation and guide you back to your authentic self

Luxury Rooms
There are three room levels Superior with pool view ground floor, Deluxe 1st floor with sea view and Premier with sea view and long private terrace (see the top image). All rooms are ensuite with air conditioning and are designed with your chakras in mind. Room 99 in the top image with pink and green themes is the heart chakra Premier room!

Additional Costs
Airport transfers from Sharm el Sheikh to Dahab if you require them $90 each way per person
Excursions allow $40-60 depending on which option you choose

Sandra also helped to facilitate some great trips and the boat trip was fantastic. For someone who wasn’t very confident in water, I have become a water baby overnight!!!

Cancellation Terms
Up to 2 weeks before the retreat date up to 50% refunds of payments made can be made in case of cancellation by you. After 2 weeks before the start date, no refunds are possible as all our costs are committed. Please ensure your travel insurance covers cancellation by you as well as the normal travel risks.
