I had the honour to work with someone last week who has an extremely challenging set of circumstances to manage.
The Client’s Situation
Osteoporosis, compressed cervical vertebra, extreme pain, mobility issues due to a fall which affected her ankle too. This person needed to sleep with icepacks for the severe pain on her neck and have daily massages to help the pain and is facing the prospect of surgery to the neck and guaranteed further pain until she heals after that, if she heals. She is facing and funding all of this alone. Its not an easy path at all.
Booking some sessions with me I asked myself how can I help her? The damage is physical. Yes, I can help a bit with relaxation and pain relief with EMO and healing energy but what else can I do?
So we decided on the Star Matrix approach, to look at some of her star memories.

Connecting with Star Memories
Having had a successful business in the past in design and production of office furnishings I asked her to recall one of her most shining moments. There were many. In fact she had a really successful business for many years with countless star moments.
She recalled one particular moment. There was a time when because of her past great work she earned a really big contract and she remembered standing there in the office suite looking at her beautiful finished work, feeling, Yes, I did that, and receiving the appreciation from her customer.
Not only this, but it was in a backdrop of difficult personal life that she had this achievement.
What Do Our Star Moments Reveal?
We examined this moment and its significance, what it meant about her and her qualities and how that made her feel to realise that about herself.
I have the capability to do that, she started. I have the capability to create beautiful things engineered to work perfectly. I can do that even with a difficult personal life. I am resilient and I am strong. I am proud of myself.
With each of these realisations, we identified where the positive emotions were in the body and we maximised them. The positive energy spread despite the pains she was having in her body.
This brought some power and confidence in possibilities to manage her journey ahead.
More Star Memories
We then connected to another memory. A wealthy classy kind client who asked her to do some work on home furnishings. The star moment was standing again in the client’s home, seeing the magnificent beautiful work she had created and hearing the client speaking he appreciation as she wrote the cheque, knowing that she could name her price and whatever she said the client was happy to pay.
Focussing on Our Star Event Shows Evidence and Proof of The Truth of Who We Are
We examined this moment and its significance. Again, there was evidence of Í can do it. I can create beautiful work that is appreciated. Clients love me and my work. I am valuable and worthy, talented and creative. I can create my business, alone, I have the capability in me.
Again, we found these positive feelings in the body, softened and flowed to maximise them and bring about the state of being, the absolute truth of how awesome a person she is.
Strength and Confidence Bring New Possibilities
It would be so easy to stay feeling down and sorry for ourself in such circumstances and hard to imagine how we can carry on.

This Star Therapy Session really helped create strength and positive uplift to my client, bringing possibilities of finding work that she could do with her limitations. She was most appreciative and I felt happy that I had been able to make a difference in this awesome person’s life at this time.
