The Attitude and Posture to The Client

So the Star Therapist is not looking at the person as wounded and scarred, which all needs to be healed, the person that can evolve and become their star person.

The Star Therapist is looking at the person as a collection of star moments that they already have that reveal in those moments who they are and therefore, by directing an exploration of those star moments, helps the person to uncover their real self, be enlightened and illuminated by that without having to go to the scars and the trauma.

Journey to Self Knowledge and Your Soul

Repeating this habit, developing the strength and the new habit of doing that makes it easier and easier to be in the light of the shining self in your life and be more aware in the life of star moments to more deeply experience what is precious in life and learn from that.

This helps us to know ourselves as we really are not our wounded self, but our shining self.

We connect with and discover our soul on a journey of star moments through life and we change our focus from talking about and focusing on problems to the person that talks about and focuses on the light as we go forward into our life.

This transforms how we see our whole life journey as actually a star studded journey as opposed to a star studded journey.
