Finding My Lost Umph with Energy Magic

So many big life events came all at once that tested the limits of even my expanded heart power. I’d got through the crisis of the energy bottleneck with some miracle tapping and self compassion but I was still feeling flat and the umph I needed to drive forwards with the challenges ahead was still missing.

‘So where is your lost umph?’ my Energist colleague asked?

‘It’s somewhere out in front of me, outside my body. Its like a fluffy grey cloud of energy out there and I’m disconnected from it.’

Starting a magical SuperMind journey

‘What does it need?’ she asked

‘First it needs attention. I’m giving that now. I’m creating a connection, a bridge for the energy to come across to me.’ I felt the energy starting to flow between me and the umph cloud. It felt good.

‘What kind of bridge is it?’ she asked

‘Its a gently arching golden bridge encrusted with jewels actually.’ I started to smile. As the umph cloud started to make its way across the bridge it was being energised by the bridge. It started to dance and skip and feel some joy as it got closer to me. I started to smile. A glimmer of joy awakened in me.

I could see it now before me. It was not yet ready to come back inside me. It had smiley cartoon eyes, mouth and stick arms and legs but it was still a bit grey. It needed pinkifying.

My energy mind produced a warm soft sunset which started to bathe and energise the umph cloud until it became pink. My pink fluffy umph cloud being was now hugging me. I felt it and smiled. I felt a nice warmth in my heart. It was ready to join me again and make a new journey, a journey of joyful possibilities once again.

As the energy started to enter my body I felt pain in my heart. Tears rose at the thought of being able to feel joy again. More help was needed.

Then I remembered there was a living room full of tiny fairies in my heart from a previous magical SuperMind journey and the pink umph energy descending into my heart woke them all up.

They now had a job to do. To sparkle up my heart, expand it again, and bring their magical fairy dust throughout my whole being.  An army of tiny fairies got to work with their magic wands flying inside and around my body, down through the torso and legs, up through my head and out into my expanding aura. I was feeling increasingly lighter, happier, and empowered once again with strength and love.

6th Sensory Immersive Journeys Are Metaphors for The Energies We Need

I was back in the driving seat. Tears had dried up. Heart had expanded. Strength had returned and I was ready once again for work and to deal with the tasks before me.

My umph was back and integrated and my fairies now satisfied with their work were taking a rest again in the golden living room in my heart space…. til they are needed again!

I thank my energy mind for its energy magic and my energist colleague for understanding how to lead me into a SuperMind solution to transform my energy, in the inner sanctuary and meeting place of the conscious mind and energy mind, the place of limitless possibilities.
