Modern Energy EFT Tapping is a simple technique of tapping accupressure points on the body to improve inner energy flow. Our energy flow gives rise to our emotions, so improving energy flow is an effective way to release stress and feel better fast!

EFT Tapping has become popular across the world over 30 years to self regulating our emotions and navigating our emotional journey through life. Its great for self help and great for professionals to assist their clients.

How Does Modern Energy Tapping Work?

We start with asking how we are feeling about a particular subject. From there we ask ‘what do I need right now to feel better?’ or ‘what do I need more of to manage this or over come this?’ We identify the positive energies that will help us to return to balance and we tap the points lightly focusing on the positives, ie. the solutions, instead of the problem.

Its simple and its fast and effective to raise up into more empowered states of emotional freedom so we can overcome and get back to our real self and our natural flow of life then on to creating high-energy states suitable for goal setting, inspiration, creativity and more.
