Sandra Writes: It is over 20 years since Silvia Hartmann discovered and launched the most simple beautiful pattern for healing and transforming emotions… EMO Energy In Motion!
I was there at The Commonwealth Institute in Kensington London for the launch, a life transforming event for me personally after which I went on to teach EMO far and wide.
Since then thousands of people around the world have healed and transformed their emotional energy, found their flow and discovered how simple and immediate it is with EMO to return to happiness love and light! Everything works better with EMO!
But EMO is not only healing and transformation, it is evolution, it is learning, it is growing into and becoming… embodying knowledge, wisdom, whatever we seek to become!
